Project description
As part of the SIM funding project, which aims to improve passenger information in the BVG area, the HAFAS Information Manager (HIM) was introduced to record disruption information semi-automatically. The next step in the project is the procurement and implementation of a data hub for passenger-relevant data, such as target and real-time timetable data and disruption reports, in order to distribute these to all output channels. For this purpose, the inputs and outputs as well as the interfaces must be determined and coordinated internally with the respective stakeholders at BVG and the requirements prepared in detail for a catalogue of requirements. This is the basis for the tendering procedure to be carried out in the project and the software to be introduced there.
