Project description

A large-scale ITS concept is to be drawn up for the takeover of additional rail transport services. The ITS concept essentially comprises

• the personnel management system/employee portal,
• the planning and scheduling system
• the computerised operations control system,
• the maintenance management system and
• the sales and billing system.

The first step is to analyse the systems currently operated by Regiobahn. Based on an analysis of the requirements resulting from the takeover of the additional transport services, the rough concept is then drawn up, a cost calculation is carried out and the results are agreed with the client.
