Project description
VRR's existing IT systems are to be expanded:
- Mobile ticket printers (mFSD) to enable mobile sales and EBE recording. The mFSD devices will support the ITCS functionality as well as transferring sales data to the background system.
- Electronic boarding control system, with which tickets can be checked and predefined tickets can be issued.
- Tariff extension in the existing and new sales system so that route-dependent tariffs can be operated in parallel to the previously used honeycomb tariff.
Service description
BLIC supports the entire procurement process and carries out the following work:
- Analysing the system landscape and deriving a suitable procurement procedure
- Examination of suitable funding programmes and preparation of the funding application
- Preparation of the specifications and other tender documents
- Accompanying the award procedure
- Support during the specification phase
- Support for system implementation and commissioning
- Documentation of the project with auditing of the accounts
