Overall concept TAP/TSI
Project description
The European Union defines the requirements for the development of interoperable telematics applications in freight and passenger transport (TAF and TAP) for all railway stakeholders throughout Europe with technical specifications for interoperability (TSI). This requires standardised and digitalised communication between all systems/system units involved. Full implementation will take place in December 2025 (timetable change 2025/2026). Albtal-Verkehrs-Gesellschaft mbH (AVG) must fulfil these requirements with its services on the DB network.
The overall development concept should focus on the systems to be further developed or newly procured in accordance with the TAP/TSI requirements, but should also include clear development instructions for the systems networked with them.
Service description
BLIC will be responsible for reviewing the development of the overall strategy and the resulting realisation measures.
