Project description

Hamburger Hochbahn AG (HOCHBAHN) intends to replace existing ticket vending machines with a new generation of self-service terminals with an extended range of functions/interaction.

The HOCHBAHN project "Self-Service Terminals" involves the consideration of a large number of systems, the coordination of a large number of partners involved and the management of a large financial volume. In addition, the project is based on an ambitious schedule.
