Project description

The AVV intends to procure its own sales background system (VHGS) and to invite tenders for a framework agreement for on-board computers/ticket printers (BR/FSD) so that the AVV regional bus companies can use both if required. The procurement will take place in a joint tendering procedure.

Service description

BLIC supports AVV in the preparation of the award procedure and carries out the following work:

  • Analysing the initial situation and formulating the objectives
  • Coordination of the award procedure
  • Preparation of the documents for the award procedure
    • Specifications for the background distribution system and on-board computer/ticket printer
    • Evaluation schemes and criteria lists
    • Contract for the procurement and maintenance of the VHGS
  • Framework agreement for the procurement and maintenance of on-board computers/ticket printers to be called up by the AVV regional bus companies
